It’s completely anonymous, takes very little of your time, and as a “thank you” a donation will be made to the carcinoid organization you select.
We will compare the results of this survey with results for the general population in the U.S. to learn more about the impact of this disease.
Sharing your experience will help others to know what to expect. Results of the survey will be shared with cancer scientists, doctors, and public health plans to improve patient care and help them understand the impact that carcinoid cancer has on you and people like you.
