Fields: Assessment Scores Here is information about the fields in the Assessment Scores Export.
PIN	Unique ID participants use to access the system.
Assmnt	Data collection time point (assessment 1, assessment 2).
Instr	Instrument name as entered on the Instrument Properties page.
RawScore	Cumulative score of responses provided by participants per instrument.
Theta	Instrument score. The Theta field will only be populated for CAT instruments and publicly available PROMIS short forms. Warning: When reviewing PROMIS short form scores it is important to verify the appropriate number of items have been answered. PROMIS Scoring Manuals, available from the Assessment Center home page, can be referenced for scoring rules.
TScore	Transformed score based on a (10*Theta +50) formula. The TScore field will only be populated for CAT instruments and publicly available PROMIS short forms.
SE	Standard Error The SE field will only be populated for CAT instruments and publicly available PROMIS short forms.
ItmCnt	Count of items to which participants responded.  This is a quick way to review how much data is missing for each participant.
Consent	Study Consent (1=yes, 2=no, 3=test).
