When you first
create a study, Assessment Center automatically assigns you the
role of Study Administrator. This means you have the right to
modify team member roles. Roles can be updated at any time by
anyone with Study Administrator status.

New team
members are automatically assigned the role of Associate. This role
has read-only access to study elements.
You will want to reassign roles to give appropriate authority to
your team members. Select a team member’s name, and then check the
Role box(es) that best fit their study
responsibilities.

Multiple Roles
You can check
more than one Role box for your team members, in any combination
that is useful to you. Each role has very specific rights. For
example, some roles allow a team member to modify instruments
whereas another role allows a team member to manage participant
data. It is likely that you will assign team members to multiple
roles unless you have a very large team with individuals holding
narrow responsibilities. If you are the only person for a
given study, you may want to assign yourself to all roles so that
you will have no restrictions on what you can do in the
application.
Exception: Associate—this role cannot be combined with any
other role.
