Active:
Active means
work is currently going on within the study. This includes
selecting or creating instruments, setting up a study, or
collecting data.

Archived:
Archived means work is no longer going on with the study.
Select this status only if data collection and exports are
complete. Archived studies remain in Assessment Center for
historical review.
Study Status
defaults to Active and will not automatically update at the end of
data collection. You should navigate to the Study Properties page
and change the study status to Archived when
applicable.
Archived study
names display in Grey
text on the
MyStudies list. An archived
study cannot be selected, viewed, or modified. In order to select,
view, or modify it, click on the Properties link to change the
status back to Active It will then
display as a selectable hyperlink in the MyStudies
list.
Created
By
When a new
study is created, Assessment Center assumes the
creator of a new study is the person logged in—you. The date you
created the study is automatically displayed.
The Created By
field displays the study creator and the creation date (in
parentheses).
Created By is
derived from User Details. Unless modified, first and last
name entered at registration will be used. Last name is displayed
first, followed by first name.
