History page displays documentation of an item’s development.
All modifications made to an item and the reasons for the changes
are documented within Item History. This page is most often used as
a reference but comments may be appended or added as
well.
The Item
History page is sorted from most recent version to original
version. Each row in the Item History table shows the state of the
item after the change, the reason and when a change was made and
comments provided by the individual making the
change.
