page.

ID
|
The unique
Item ID and the current item context and stem.

Responses
|
The current
item response options.
|
|
Context
|
The item
context at the time of the item change.
|
|
Stem
|
The item stem
at the time of the item change.
|

Responses
|
The item
response options at the time of the change.
|
|
Category
|
The reason for
change provided at the time of the change.
|
|
Date
|
This is the
date an item was revised.
|
|
Comments
|
This field is
used to describe why an item was revised.
|
|
Append
|
This hyperlink
allows users to make additional comments to existing comment
text.

|
Item
History Category
|
This drop list
used to indicate why a change to this item has
occurred.
|
|
Change
Date
|
This is the
date of an item revision. The default is today’s
date.
|
|
Comments/Reason
for Changes
|
This field is
used to describe why an item was revised. These comments will be
recorded on Item History page, for reference by other
researchers.

Add a
Comment
|
When creating
an additional comment, enter the Item History Category, the Change
Date, Comments/Reason for Changes then click this button to add the
changes.

the previous page.
